Participation Welcome to NEKBA Meetings

​The Northeastern Kansas Beekeepers Association welcomes media participation at our public meetings and events. 

Media participation shall be predicated upon meeting the following conditions:

1. The group or organization must register at the event in the same manner as other attendees.

2. Fees, if any, shall be determined at the discretion of the NEKBA President.

3. Media participants shall be identified as such on their name badges.

4. Media participants must make their purpose or intentions known.
5. Members of the media must identify themselves to any person interviewed or filmed. 

6. Only the NEKBA President or his designee may speak for the Association. 

7. All results of media participation shall be made available to NEKBA and its members.
