MEMBERSHIP & DUES & NEWSLETTER DELIVERY
Membership dues cover the basics of meeting room rental, insurance, newsletter, and postage. To conserve resources, let us send you the newsletter via email. Just let us know! You will get the newsletter in expeditiously in .pdf format, in color and without risk of damage through the postal service. We save over $2,400 annually in monetary expenses alone by sending via email. That helps! We save a lot in volunteer man hours and manual labor, too.

As a regional organization for Kansas beekeepers, we provide connections for beekeepers in Northeastern Kansas as well as throughout and to our state organization, the Kansas Honey Producers.
We do this in several ways: We hold monthly meetings. We also sponsor 2 educational events with outstanding speakers and workshops. One is Beginning Beekeeping Class. The second is held in June on the 6th Saturday. (June 5, 2021). We publish a monthly newsletter, The Bee Buzzer, which includes includes articles and information helpful to our beekeepers.
We also provide public education and service about beekeeping. Our members are speakers to garden clubs, schools, and other educational groups.
